GREENWICH TRIATHLON CLUB
December 17, 2009 RE-TEST NIGHT


Total: 700 meters

Main Set:
600 meters
• 4 x 100: catch up with kickboard, 20 sec. rest between each
(4 laps total x 4)
• 8 x 25 Thumb to Thigh, rest 15 secs (2 laps)


Cooldown:
100 meters easy

1000-1500 meters


Main Set: Alternating 100’s (500 total)
• 100 pull
• 100 pull with kickboard
• 100 catch up with kickboard
• 100 thumb to thigh
• 100 free

Cooldown: 200 meters
200 meters free
