ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD



Total: 1450 meters

Warmup: 200 meters
100 Free
4 x 25 Single Arm


Main Set: 1150 meters
6 X 25: All out effort-rest 5 seconds
1 x 50: pull

4 x 50: All out effort-rest 10 seconds
1 x 50: catch up with kickboard

3 x 100: All out effort-rest 10 seconds
4 x 25: Single Arm

1 x 250: Build up to an all out effort

Cooldown: 100 meters
100 meters easy
