We had a great open swim last night with 15 members in the pool! Our program starts on Monday November 30th. Attached is a word document detailing the program.
Reminders:
• Program will run Monday and Thursday evenings with a few exceptions (see schedule).
• We will be on the pool deck prior to each workout.
• Start time for the workout is 8:30pm. Plan to be in the water and warming up at 8:30. Official workout will not start till 8:40. This will ensure that everyone is at the same point throughout the workout.
• All required forms and registration will be handled on November 30th so please arrive early.
• Workouts will be designed to last between 45 minutes to 1 hour in duration. We do have the pool till 10 so members can feel free to take your time with the workout or get some extra laps in.
• For the Boys and Girls club you need to bring
o A lock for your locker
o Soap/shampoo
o A towel
o Water bottle
Cost of the program: $325
