1 x 1 mile @ 10K pace (2:00 RI).
2 x 800m @ 5K pace (1:30 RI)
3 x 400m @ mile pace (1:30 RI)
4 x 200m @ 1K pace (2:00 RI)
The track is located directly behind Greenwich Town Hall (101 Field Point Road) or behind the Board of Education building. The Board of Ed building is located along Greenwich Ave. If you are familiar with the avenue it is across the street from Starbucks. You can park on either side of the building. The track is behind the building (or behind town hall depending on how you come).
We meet at 6, go over the workout, warmup together and then break into profile groups. Let me know if I can be of more help

You are cordially invited to our 1st Annual Fall Foliage Customer Appreciation Ride on Sunday, October 25th.
Our ride will start and finish at Camp Simmons, located at 744 Lake Ave, Greenwich. Donated to the Greenwich Boys and Girls Club, this 77-acre parcel of land is a hidden treasure just outside downtown Greenwich.
Join us for a 40-mile ride through the scenic and colorful back roads of Fairfield and Westchester counties. We will have multiple groups at different paces.
Post ride events will include a bonfire and BBQ. 40 miles, various paces, food, fire, and friends!!! Monetary donations to the Boys and Girls Club are encouraged and will be accepted the day of the ride.
Non-riding family members are welcome to join us for the post-ride BBQ and activities beginning at 2pm.
